"It’s hard to believe I’ve been working with Maria for 4 years already! I came to her as a high risk, geriatric pregnancy with the goal of preparing my body for delivery. She helped me increase pelvic strength and assisted me in safely remaining active during the pregnancy. Post-pregnancy we locked in and haven’t looked back. My son is now 3 and very active and I’m able to pick him up, wrangle him, get down on the floor, and play. All activities I was concerned about doing, given my age and weight.
