"This was my first time trying Bodymass Gym. Matt was friendly and welcoming. He asked about my workout background and was attentive to my form and helping me find the right weight/resistance challenge for my fitness level. The total body workout was truly total body. It was a great use of the hour, including a warm up with mobility moves and dedicated strength work that you can tailor to your level and needs even in a group training setting. Side note: Everyone was friendly and inviting and had great things to say about the gym. I'll definitely go back. Thanks, Matt!"

"This is an awesome gym. It focuses on strength training primarily. Teaches you how to use a barbell if you don't know. Doesn't mix cardio and strength as much, so you can actually prioritize form and building strength. Matt, Emily, and Brendan are all awesome instructors. Also love the class time options they have."
