"I came across Vinayam when I was looking for a prenatal yoga instructor. I am so glad I chose Vinaya to guide me through my journey. She is an excellent yoga instructor. I did not have a lot of experience practicing yoga before my sessions with her, but she did a great job in making sure I was doing the poses safely and comfortably.
