"I’m almost a year into my regular Pilates practice and I’m so glad I found Ashburn Core Pilates. Danielle has created a very special place. The studio is bright, inviting, and decorated so nicely. They have all the best equipment for different types of Pilates. I thought I was a reformer only person until trying tower. Both allow me to work on strengthening without exasperating chronic knee and ankle issues. All the instructors are fantastic. I’m always so impressed that they can see and correct the tiniest postural changes that make such a big difference. The class sizes are small and personal which makes the atmosphere more calm compared to larger studios. No blaring music and instructors on loud mics here. Take a class with Karin if you want to hear some enthusiastic compliments even when you’re not sure you’re doing it right. She’s the best."
