"Please note that Jenna specializes in working with pregnant/postpartum women; I’m neither but had specific concerns with my pelvic floor that drew me to her expertise. Jenna’s personal training is the best I could have asked for. She’s meets you where you’re at and helps you build from there! I walk away from every session feeling good in my body. Incredibly encouraging, Jenna’s patient and walks me through every part of the customized workout she creates. She incorporates so many techniques to offer a FULL body workout - not just focusing on strength but also stability and mobility. Loved working with her and only leaving due to moving away from the local area! — also really enjoyed the smaller, private studio to do the workouts in. A very calming environment that didn’t feel overwhelming like some gyms."

"After my second pregnancy, I knew I needed help gaining simple strength back, moving without pain and generally just feeling like myself again. I wasn’t sure this existed but I was looking for someone who could do private sessions, who could focus on the postpartum body and all that entails, and who was non judgmental! I am beyond thrilled to have found Jenna who checks all three boxes! I truly feel so much stronger after each session and have been able to notice the difference in my daily life week after week. She is so kind and absolutely non judgmental. I truly cannot recommend this experience and Jenna any more. 100000 stars if I could!"
