"I've been going to Alloy Personal Training in Cedar Park for a couple of weeks now, and I already feel stronger and more confident! Ebi and Amber are amazing trainers who bring energy, knowledge, and motivation to every session. Each workout is a different full-body challenge, which keeps things fresh and fun. My goal is body recomposition—building muscle and reducing fat—without obsessing over the number on the scale. The coaches really support that mindset, focusing on strength and progress rather than just weight. I'm also learning so much about form, technique, and how to get the most out of each session.
