"Redemption Strength & Conditioning has changed my life for the better and I could not recommend it more. After years of physical therapy, I was feeling defeated on building strength and decided to try personal training. I found about Redemption Strength & Conditioning through looking for certified personal trainers. Chris has gone above and beyond to explain what exercises we are doing and why. By focusing on building strength around specific muscles via both body weight workouts and weight lifting I have felt stronger than I have before, and feel like I generally have a handle again on my body. All the frustrations I was having before melted away within a few months of working with him. In addition, Chris is genuinely a kind, hilarious and supportive trainer. He works hard to keep the environment an incredible place to learn and helps you have a healthy relationship to workout. He balances perfectly challenging you without pressuring and keeping working out a positive experience. I've officially been working with Chris for over a year, and as long as I am living in Boston, I will continue working with him. If you are looking for specific guidance to break outside your comfort zone and a great community, this is an ideal place for it."

"It’s funny to write this review not because it isn’t true but because Chris has become such a good friend at this point that I don’t consider going to gym as a service that he provides anymore. But if you’re here for that info, he’s unabashedly awesome. I’ve started to get compliments on my body since I started going here! I love asking questions about why we are doing certain things and he takes care to explain the science behind each movement and the short and long term plans for your journey. Chris is also genuinely a fun person to be around and will make sure that you’re having a good time. I have recommended this place to my husband as well and our little class has grown in size :) No complaints!"
