"Embody is my weekend treat - every Saturday I join Deirdre’s Ashtanga class. It’s just what I need after a long week. My brain shuts off and we go through our series without thinking - truly moving meditation. At the end of our practice, I feel like I’ve had a full body massage. Deirdre, Loula, and Spira are all phenomenal teachers! So glad I found this studio after having to leave my beloved teachers in Tennessee ❤️"
