"This gym is FANTASTIC. I’m part of their Strength Sisters program, which is tailored to women over 40, and it has been a total body transformation for me. I was struggling with fatigue and random injuries after menopause—this program was a game changer. I utilized their nutrition guidance, as well as the strength training and sauna. I’ve been working out at Temple for over a year now, and I’ve never felt (or looked) better. In addition to the quality training, the community is unbeatable. It’s super motivational and welcoming—it keeps me accountable and excited to go to the gym to work out with my girls! Every trainer is top-notch, and the flexibility of the online class scheduling is key.
