The workouts are fun AND challenging and they have classes 6 days a week. Rachel is such a welcoming presence and the community she’s built along with the instructors is top notch! "FIT4MOM Sunnyvale was one of the best parts of my postpartum journey, and continues to be an important part of my fitness and social routines 13 months later. These classes are for anyone and everyone. The instructors meet you where you are, whether that be for a crazy good workout or a walk around the park while carrying your infant. All of the others moms are very inviting and ready to chat.. as an isolated SAHM, this was everything to me! My older kids have also really enjoyed going to class with me. Go for the free class, you absolutely won’t regret it!"
