Community Feedback

"I had an amazing experience working with Michelle on my rehab journey! I was in a "gray" area, where I was pretty functional after post-op rehab but needed to get my performance to 100%. Michelle was patient, detail-oriented, and collaborative. I loved that our sessions were a full hour where I could get a workout, ask questions and educate myself on proper movement and how my body works. Also, she helped me integrate my PT "homework" into my existing workouts so it didn't feel like I was held back in any way. I'm now doing more advanced movements in my training (jumping, sprinting, etc) and running miles I haven't in years. Super happy with my progress-----thank you Michelle & Healthy Baller!"

"Healthy Baller was highly recommended to me and did not disappoint. I had ACL surgery and immediately started physical therapy and was helped to get back to running and sport with great science backed care and attentiveness. Have loved working with my physical therapist Michelle and the team, she has helped me so much with getting my strength and confidence back with my knee."

"Healthy Baller is, by far, the best option for physical therapy, and I am ecstatic that I chose them to help me recover from my ACL injury. Without the dedication and support of Dr. Pete Grasso and my former therapist, Dr. Gary Loggins, I don’t think I would be nearly as far along in my recovery. They guided me through the entire process with incredible care and kindness—from providing detailed information to help me make the best decision about whether to get surgery, to supporting me in the days after surgery and helping me feel confident using my knee again, to continuing to offer support even after I moved away. Every question I had was answered, my progress was carefully tracked, and my workouts were extremely well-tailored to keep me on pace. I can’t express enough how well the Healthy Baller model works, and I highly encourage anyone who wants to return to sports after an injury to choose Healthy Baller to guide them on their journey. Thank you so much Pete and Gary!"
