"Nice place, nice people. First time doing yoga so I can't compare to other studios or classes. But very welcoming and helpful to new folks. I did the Hot 26 - almost a sauna with stretching and stability exercises. 3.2 lbs sweat out, very challenging! Will definitely be going again."
