"We are so lucky to have this gem of a studio here in Concord. I love so many of the classes. But Liz is one of my favorite teachers. She has such a calm and encouraging demeanor. I had been away from yoga since the COVID pandemic. She remember me and made me feel right at home, easing my way back into practice. As always, I left feeling calm, grounded, and peaceful.
