She guides you through every movement, finds substitutes to accommodate your specific situation/ limitations, and most importantly makes you feel comfortable! I loved these classes and I loved that I could safely bring my newborn son with me. If he was ever fussy, Christine would push him around in his stroller so I could finish my workout. Cannot speak highly enough of this coach and her classes!"
