"Sooo glad a Google search led me to this wellness center! There's a wide variety of classes here as well as available massages and a very special vibe. As a Wedding and Event DJ based in Miami, South Florida, and the Florida Keys, I'm even more in tune to positive vibes, and strive to create them at my events. Here, there's nothing but good vibes all around. I'm impressed by the free app to schedule classes which rivals that of other fitness apps. Nicely done!!The owner, David Yglesias pictured here created Energy Yoga 20 years ago, and has been at this location for 14 years. He's written books which are for sale here as well as on Amazon so he's legit. He's also a very special person as well as one of the many knowledgeable, kind instructors. His front desk team as well as all the instructors I've met have this special love you can feel. They make you feel welcomed and loved. Special. Meraki is a Greek word I learned recently which means to put love into your work, and they sure do here as do I! It's a little hard to find as it's located on the second floor of a strip mall. There's plenty of parking with a ramp on the East side of the building to take you right to the 2nd floor, or you can park on the ground floor and take stairs or an elevator. A plus would be if the facility was a bit larger and had showers, but still, coming here is a very special experience which I highly recommend. They have a nice lil gift shop with refreshments, souvenirs, and assorted yoga merch. Namaste 🙏"
