"I saw Brianne for several months and learned so much about how to take care of my body postpartum and during a new pregnancy. Brianne went out of her way to research my conditions and to teach me stretches and exercises that would help with my chronic pain. She even referred me to a physical therapist and talked with her to make sure none of the exercises we were doing would exacerbate my pain. Brianne goes the extra mile for her clients! Some of the other personal trainers there also helped me with equipment during my first few weeks. The facility is very clean and trainers and clients are respectful and kind."

"I’m in my 40s and had never done any kind of weight training before starting with Coach Carson at Volition Fitness. My sister and I began training with him about four months ago, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our health and confidence. "I've been working out with April at Volition Fitness for 6 months now and it is one of the best investments I've ever made. I actually enjoy getting my workouts done each week and I'm having fun seeing my strength improve week over week. Having April there to coach me along makes all the difference. I really appreciate her focus on building strength in the areas I need it most and it has definitely led to a reduction in my daily aches and pains.
