"For someone who does not like weights and core exercises, I love the whole approach of the Workout Revolution. The idea of a 25 minute session is genius- and boy do you work hard in that twenty-five minutes . The instructors are so informative and encouraging . After a month I can feel myself getting stronger. The studio is calm, you may be the only person in there or maybe just one other client- it is a wonderful experience."

"I love the Workout Revolution and the SuperSlow style of resistance training. The space is very clean and quiet. Only twice a week for 30 minutes. My trainer always asks how my body is feeling when I come in and she takes into account any tightness or joint problems i have that day and makes sure I am doing exercises correctly and safely. -and there is parking."
