"I can’t recommend this studio enough, and in particular, my trainer Traci. I trained with her for the past two years, and she became such a consistent and grounding part of my routine. What I appreciated most was how thoughtful and attentive she was as a trainer. She was always able to find alternative ways to achieve the same training goals or work the same muscle groups while accommodating my limitations — whether it was my bad knee, back aches, or other weak spots. I always felt challenged and encouraged, but never pushed in a way that felt unsafe or careless. Because of her approach, I was able to steadily build strength, confidence, and discipline without feeling discouraged or worried about injury- and fear of injury was something that had prevented me from working out in the past. She also paid close attention to form and technique, and I always felt safe training with her. Every workout felt personalized rather than “one-size-fits-all,” and she had an amazing ability to balance encouragement with realism. She knew when to push me and when to adapt.
