"I come out of each workout with a massive smile on my face and feeling strong! Brianna is incredible and honestly a joy to workout with. I came in as someone who was once very fit and over the past few years had a sharp lifestyle change with dramatic weight gain. It's sometimes hard coming back to the gym knowing how your body used to move and the workouts that used to be so easy. I was dreading it. HOWEVER, Brianna's inviting and positive energy has made it FUN! She has gradually helped me elevate my overall strength, challenging me with weight increases without feeling overwhelming. She is the perfect trainer for any level of gym confidence. Because I travel multiple times a month for my job, keeping a normal schedule is difficult. She makes it easy. Just a quick text away. You can book out many weeks in advance or coordinate with just a few days. I really appreciate this flexibility given my unpredictable schedule!"

"I have been extremely grateful for the opportunity to work out on a regular basis at Integra Fitness. I was pleasantly surprised by the very friendly and helpful staff. Coach Dylan has been highly supportive and receptive to feedback, and he has done a great job of meeting me where I am at in my personal fitness journey. I am typically averse to larger gym environments where I feel intimidated by performing proper etiquette and respecting other patron's personal space, but this gym space flows very well. I personally appreciate the personal training I have received from Coach Dylan. He has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend working out with him if your schedule allows. Great atmosphere."

"Trey Fisher is my trainer at Integra. He is simply AMAZING!!!! I’ve been seeing him for almost 90 days and already have seen way more results than either one of us expected. LOL. I’m over 60 and was in terrible shape. He has been so patient with me and has programs that get it “all” out of me without pain. I’ve also seen him with younger, more fit clients too. They seem to appreciate him as much as I do. I rarely do reviews but just had to for Trey and Integra Fitness."
