"I absolutely loved my experience at Session Pilates. The vibe of the studio alone sold me. It’s clean, modern, and beautifully designed, but still warm and inviting. The lighting, music, and overall energy make it feel calm, intentional, and elevated without being intimidating at all. The class was amazing. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, giving clear cues and hands on corrections that made a huge difference. Every movement felt purposeful and well thought out. It was challenging in the best way and left me feeling strong, aligned, and refreshed rather than exhausted. What I loved most is how personal the experience felt. Even in a group class, the instructor made sure everyone was supported and moving correctly. You truly feel seen there. It’s the kind of place where you can focus, reset mentally, and actually enjoy the work you’re doing. This studio is such a gem. Between the vibe, the instruction, and how good you feel walking out, it’s easily one of my favorite Pilates experiences. I can’t wait to come back."

"Session has been such a treat! I had never done reformer Pilates before and Gabriela was fantastic my first time. She gave me extra attention while still directing the entire class! My second time, Hana approached me on the reformer before class and was like “I see it’s your second time! How are you feeling? Anything I can help you with?” Soooo sweet and amazing! Her class was so fun and upbeat! The attention they give their clients is EVERYTHING. Took Gabriela’s class again today and she turned up the heat while giving modifications for beginners and advanced clients as well.
