"Phil is a great coach. His workouts always varied to keep you from getting bored, he is good at motivation without being too pushy. Thanks to Phil, I am not afraid to lift heavy weights at the gym & his ladies small group training was a great place to make new friends with other ladies looking to get stronger. I had to discontinue training due to conflicting work travel, but would recommend."
