"I joined Perfitness with a very specific goal for a very specific reason: I wanted to drop 20lbs in 3 months for a film shoot. Michael, Melissa, and Austin got to work right away making sure I was ready to go all in. After getting my body analysis results and making a meal plan – I started training with Elli and Mario. By week 1, I was sore and cursing my decision... by week 3 I was begging them to let me lift heavier! Not only did I get my results, on time, physically – my mental outlook shifted. I was excited to get in the gym, to learn about muscle fibers and calorie deficits, and to talk about movies with my trainers! When I started this journey I was 21-years-old.
