Community Feedback
"I joined TBS in the fall of 2021 after having 2 kids in 2 years and needing a space that was supportive in helping me find my strength again in a postpartum body. The individual care I received from the trainers at TBS not only helped me find renewed and new physical strength, but also provided me a community that supported my overall well being, including spiritual, mental, and emotional health. This past fall, after 4 dedicated years at TBS, I (lost my mind) and decided to try the Y. It only took a couple of visits to realize I would never find the same sense of belonging in another location. I returned to TBS in December to Ali’s open and welcoming (and strong!) arms and I am already feeling stronger than I have in months. Thank you to Ali for your commitment to our community and for making each client of TBS feel like they are capable of reaching and surpassing their goals."
