"The FAB Pilates studio is where everyone needs to be! Whether you’ve never taken a Pilates class before or you’re a seasoned expert, this studio offers something for everyone. Certified in pre/postnatal strength training, Pilates, and nutrition, Katie’s expertise is truly unmatched. As someone just getting started with Pilates and coming into it with a prior injury, I have never felt more comfortable. Katie went above and beyond to talk with me about my limitations, and was easily able to make quick modifications for me during class. Let’s not forget - her class is the best workout I’ve ever had. Apart from the classes themselves, the studio is STUNNING. Katie has created the most welcoming, positive, and calming place to be. As soon as you walk in the door, it feels like home. Katie thought of every tiny detail, including a nursing/changing room for postpartum moms and the cutest stocked coffee station. For All Bodies (FAB) is 100 out of 10! Katie’s workouts are intentional and tailored to me every step of my pre and postpartum journey —and now throughout motherhood. The workouts are hard and the community is truly unmatched! The small class sizes and the comfortable studio environment make it easy to connect to other women seamlessly. I have been taking classes with Katie for a while and the addition of the FAB studio, including the motherhood suite (for breastfeeding, changing, etc.) is really so game-changing for us new moms and beyond.
