"I joined the 6-week program with Those Fitness Chicks because I knew I needed a reset — mentally, physically, and emotionally. I wanted to get back in gear and reconnect with the healthier version of myself. From the very beginning, I knew the nutrition side would be my biggest challenge. Working out has never really been the hard part for me. My body remembers movement. Coach Shay created an atmosphere that made you WANT to show up.
