"Candace covered the intro class and was great! She taught us about the unique features of the their Pilates machines as each is unique. She clearly explained how to pose while using the features. She was patient and provided constructive feedback to help us improve and create a strong foundation. Last but not least, it was a great intro workout and she made it fun. Looking forward to the next class! If you forget socks, they have plenty on the wall for purchase. Arrive early, as parking can be limited and on street only."
