"My friends have been going to see Billy for some time, and I went to see him today, too! He’s professional, friendly, and incredibly encouraging. He explained the concept of working within your metabolic rate and how it differs from a traditional workout, and we even got to go over a breakdown of how our weight/mass is distributed in our body (which is SO COOL). Overall, I had a really good first workout with Billy, and it was fun working with someone who has really good energy!!"
