The gym is great. It’s clean and fun, and there is always great music. Chris is very knowledgeable and will strive to help you meet your fitness goals. They offer incredible recovery amenities like a cold plunge, sauna, Hyperice compression therapy, TENS units, and even a hyperbaric chamber. It truly feels like a one-stop shop for both training and recovery. If you’re looking for personal training or a more private gym experience, this is such a great option. The environment feels intentional and supportive without being overcrowded or intimidating. They also host community events like yoga classes, guided cold plunges, and 5Ks, which makes it more than just a gym. It’s a place that brings people together.
