Evy knows how to meet each individual where they are with either modifications or progressions to challenge you when needed. The studio also has a range of Pilates equipment that I don’t normally see elsewhere. "Update: just thought I’d mention that it’s now been six years since I first posted my review and I’m still a very happy regular client. Highly recommend! I've been taking a group Pilates class at this studio for several months and am very pleased with my experience. The class is small (2-4 people so far) and the instructor is very personable and gives each student attention. I also like that there is stretching built in at the end of each class. The studio is clean, comfortable and the layout is well thought out, with plenty of natural light. Free parking makes it easy to get in and out."
