"Paul is an incredible trainer and most importantly a great guy. Going into this experience with him I really wanted to focus on my mobility in my hips and lose some weight. I’ve definitely felt a change in my flexibility and range of motion that not only helps me in my workouts but also in my day to day life. The past 6 weeks we’ve really worked on a solid foundation for my overall health and I can’t thank him enough.
