"I started training with Holly when I was six weeks post partum. It’s now been five months, and it has been a great experience! I am stronger and more toned. I have learned so much about proper form. I can finally do squats and RDLs with no back pain. And I’m noticing the benefit of functional strength. I rented a PADL paddle board the other day and was able to take a board almost twice my size off and on the rack on my own - something I wouldn’t have been able to do as a 5’2” woman without my training with Holly. She’s also very knowledgeable so I never had to worry or wonder about whether exercises were safe to do so soon after having my baby.
