"Parth is incredibly knowledgable with muscle structures, movement, how the body works, etc. I first came in about a year ago with busted knees and a lot of devastated feels because I couldn't really show up for my kungfu/taiji practice the way I wanted to. He gave me a set of exercises to do for my knees. I did my homework. My knees recovered great and my stances got more solid than ever! I really appreciate how he assigned me exercises specific to my own strengths/range of motion/injury type/location of pain. I've since come back for different injury/chronic pain stuff, which has always cleared up after I do the homework Parth gives me. 10/10 physical therapist. Parth is the best! Because of my martial arts practice, even when injured, I think my strength/range of motion is a bit different than what's normal for injury recovery, and Parth has been very creative in figuring out how to make exercises more challenging so that they work for me. It's been really cool observing how different structures in my body have healed and gotten stronger though doing the exercises Parth has assigned. I am also an awkward emotional lil nugget who cries A LOT because life is stressful and weird. Parth has always been so understanding and encouraging, and I really appreciate how supportive he's been in the time that I've known him."
