"Jamie is the absolute best! Not only has she herself has 4 kids and looks like a smoke show, but she’s passionate about helping moms do the same! I started her classes when I was 6 weeks PP with my second baby hoping it would help me to lose the baby weight and feel like myself again. Not only was I able to do both of those things, but I also found a community and met a few of my absolute best friends through it! She’s patient, she listens and scales workouts if something doesn’t feel right for you, and she has a way of making you feel totally comfortable regardless of where you’re at in your fitness journey. I just had baby 3 and trust her completely with the workout plan she has me on this go round. She even holds my baby girl while I get my workout in - I mean can you ask for anything more?! Thankful to be part of the Wabi Sabi fam!"
