"Great facility, I dropped in for a training session this morning on my way to work. The facility was clean and organized, there's ample space to warm ups, they have a nice big turf for plyos. From what I can tell the space is suited for multiple training session at once. They have all the equipment you could ask for, I don't think I needed something that wasn't there. I'd definitely come back anytime I'm in the area, I'll try to drop in on a day where other people are training, would love to get to meet other people! Overall 5/5 , 10/10! Oh and I'd like to note the cleanliness again, it really stood out!"

"Our experience at Sweep the Sheds has been excellent. Both of my daughters attend sessions with Coach Jon and Coach Emma and they’ve really progressed over the past several months. Jon is highly communicative, flexible with the scheduling demands of student athletes, and overall an excellent coach. The culture in the gym is welcoming to all regardless of experience or skill level. My daughters have a lot of fun and are motivated and excited to go to training every week. If you have a student athlete, I highly recommend!"

"Jon is highly knowledgeable about strength training and sport performance. He is warm, positive and a great guy who’s sets a positive and friendly atmosphere in his gym. I’m an old guy with several training injuries and he has helped me to progress my training despite that. He engages well with the teens in the gym and it’s nice to see a positive adult influence at work. He also has two assistant coaches who are really nice and very knowledgeable about Olympic-style weightlifting. STS has a great coach and the best environment of any gym I’ve trained at. Highly recommended if you live anywhere near Naperville and want to get stronger, faster or learn weightlifting."
