Every workout is challenging in the best way, and he always makes sure my form and technique are correct while keeping things fun and encouraging. I’ve seen great progress since training with him and actually look forward to going to the gym now. "We were in town visiting a friend who brought us along, and this gym completely exceeded expectations. One of the coolest parts was doing the DEXA scan. It gave us insights we had never had before, and the personal trainer used that data to fully tailor our workouts and even help us build a realistic game plan for when we are back home, including guidance around nutrition. It truly felt personalized to us, not a one size fits all program. We worked with Zach, and he was incredible. He was personable, friendly, genuinely caring, motivating, and super knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable right away and really took the time to help us meet our goals. Honestly, this was the best personal training experience I have ever had. Beyond just our sessions, the entire gym has such a welcoming, positive energy. Every trainer we interacted with was kind, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do, which says a lot about the culture here. Overall, such an awesome experience. If we lived here, this would absolutely be our go to gym."
