"A great gym with a great environment and almost any equipment you could need as a powerlifter with plenty of options for strongman competitors and those from other lifting disciplines as well. As a nationally competitive strongman it is my primary training gym for over 90% of my workouts throughout the training season and in general. The gym is full of helpful people from the owners, to the various crews that train together there regularly, and just about anyone else you will meet in there. Nearly everyone is willing to help you or spot you as needed. I can’t say enough nice things about them all. My hope is that reading this will influence you in trying the gym out and meeting some of the people there hopefully to find a place to fit in and get very strong."
