Community Feedback

"My son (13/rising 9th grader) started training with ESR well over a year ago and has absolutely LOVED it and seen amazing results. His sessions with Kylie are well put together, precise, and super impactful for his strength, agility, explosiveness and overall body health. They not only work on training and numbers but also recovery (cupping, stretching, icing, etc), mental health and nutrition. The team has even given him routines for outside their facility. He adores Kylie and literally can’t wait to train every week!!! Jonathan is also amazing and SO on top of his game. Highly, highly recommend!!!"

"Jonathan is the best trainer I have ever had. I have been going to PT for years and was a college athlete. He is the most detail oriented PT I have ever had. He fully customizes the training to your needs and a full one stop shop. His facility is incredible, very clean, organized and a great vibe. He has changed my life from a physical and mental perspective. Can’t recommend him enough."

"Bottom line up front: 6/5 stars. I genuinely can’t recommend this practice enough. I’ve dealt with chronic lower back issues for years, which eventually led to surgery. Before coming to Elevated Strength Rehab, I had already been in PT elsewhere for over a year and had pretty much hit a plateau — the pain eventually came back. I started here in the middle of a terrible flare-up, and Dr. Jonathan Kim immediately took a different approach. He combined multiple modalities — soft tissue work, dry needling, exercise, and recovery treatments like compression, heat, and vibration — and got me back on my feet within a few weeks. These flare-ups that use to last months became manageable in a fraction of the time. If you have chronic or more complicated injuries, this is absolutely the place to go if you actually want to get better, not just temporarily feel better. Honestly, I’d recommend coming here before your pain even becomes a major problem. Dr. Kim and Dr. Hess are both incredibly knowledgeable, forward-thinking, and just great people to work with. You can tell they truly care about helping their patients heal and stay active. If you want results, go here!"
