She was poetic and lyrical and soothing as she guided us through the practice. Her voice cues were energetic, anatomical, physiological, and philosophical incorporating the limbs of yoga. Loved it!"

"My first time visiting the studio for a sound meditation and it was a nice experience. I checked in at the front desk and told the receptionist it was my first time there. She welcomed me and was nice enough to give me a tour. The space is clean. Jay was a great sound meditation instructor! I loved his intro/bio before class begun. You can tell he’s funny, grounded and down to earth. I live far from the studio but I would come back."
