"I have been going to Live Fit for about five years now and have had the pleasure of training with Laura, Mark, and Bernadette. They are all fantastic! I have a few health limitations and they customize every workout to target my goals, while being mindful of my limits. My core strength has greatly improved (it was practically non-existent when I started there) and my energy levels are up. The trainers at Live Fit are friendly and motivating, and you can tell they genuinely care about your progress. They are also extremely knowledgeable and attentive, providing tips and adjustments to better your form so you get the most out of your workout. For years I had trouble sticking with a workout routine, often joining a gym or buying a piece of equipment only to abandon it. The one-on-one format at Live Fit keeps me accountable and going back. I only wish I had started going there sooner!"
