"I just finished a month long training session at Discover Strength. What drew me to them initially was their approach. To begin with all the professionals you work with have degrees in exercise physiology. Additionally, their science backed research approach really resonated with me. They have done extensive trials proving that you do not have to spend endless hours pumping iron in a gym to increase your strength. Their approach has you work with them 2x a week for 30 minutes a session to increase your strength. The concept in a nutshell is that these professionals methodically guide you on the weight machines and have you lift weight to the point of fatigue. This is where the magic happens! I already feel stronger and my form has improved tenfold! I have worked with Austin, Mitchell, Isaiah and Evan and they are all highly professional and knowledgeable physiologists. As we age we need to build muscle to avoid injury. To say I am thrilled with Discover Strength is an understatement. Being able to experience the approach with a 30 minute free session was all I needed to sign on. Plus, who can’t find 30 minutes 2x a week to engage in such necessary self care?"
