"I was on the fence about trying Alloy, but I've been going for almost 2 months now and I'm thrilled with my experience so far. Everyone there is so fun and kind. I feel 100% supported and the trainers are really good at modifying exercises to fit your needs, by either ramping them up or giving you options to be successful with lower intensity when needed. You really get to know the people that you workout with and your trainers. I feel very much at home there already. I'm also seeing great results and I'm feeling so much better about myself."

"I joined Alloy gym in August after seeing an Instagram ad and am so glad I did. I had been having increased difficulty with stairs and knew I needed to do something to work on my mobility and strength but didn't know where to start. It can be intimidating to start something new if you've been away from strength training for some time, but from my first visit with Alex, the Director of Training, I knew I had found the right place. She was so warm and welcoming and we did a strength assessment along with the InBody scan to find my starting point. We continue to assess each month and it is really motivating to see the muscle growth month to month. The workouts are small groups, up to six people, and you can sign up for your preferred times so that you aren't fighting for spots on a calendar each week. The workouts are challenging, but the trainers help you modify any move to meet you where you are, and head trainer Matt is especially gifted at helping you find the proper form and modification to make the exercises work for you and keep you safe. I've learned so much and love how we all encourage each other during our workouts. Yesterday, for the first time in a long time, I tackled a long flight of stairs without relying on the bannister for support. It was such a great feeling! If you're thinking it might be time to start strength training I encourage you to look at Alloy and give yourself the gift of community, fun, and better health."
