"We are so happy to have Bright Bear Yoga in our neighborhood! They immediately created a welcoming community with an expanding repertoire of classes. The studio is airy and beautiful, and super tidy with alllll the props. Plus there's a nice entry area with benches and cubbies, and two very clean bathrooms. I have tried a range of classes and teachers, and all are quite experienced which is not always easy to find. Looking forward to trying some more classes soon!"

"I am lucky enough to be a part of the Bright Bear community since April 2025, and I can't recommend it more highly! I started by attending the Flow for Feds class, offered at a reduced price for federal workers who had lost their jobs. That offering really touched me during a difficult time. Having just lost my job, I found immediate community and solace at Bright Bear. The classes are varied and wonderful, and the instructors here are great at what they do. They care about the people who come through the door and you can feel that sense of welcome and attention. I love that the classes are focused on caring for mental health, moving our bodies, and feeling strong and connected to ourselves. I now am a studio assistant there and love trying new classes and getting to know the kind, passionate, and wonderful people who come here. If you are looking for welcoming, community-based, non-judgmental and body inclusive exercise and connection, Bright Bear is the place for you!"

"Love love love Bright Bear! Truly your neighborhood yoga studio where teachers know your name and take a true interest in what you’re working on / what your body is calling for. There’s a wide range of classes so there’s something for everyone. Some of my favorite classes are rocket, mobility flow, and power plus. Classes are categorized appropriately and teachers structure classes for all levels and inclusivity. Props are nice and the studio is clean and cute. Classes are affordable — the monthly membership is a deal if you go a couple of times a week. Highly recommend!"
