"Dropped in this morning for Saturday's partner wod and it was an outstanding challenger! Been doing crossfit for 6 years and this was a wod i will totally do again! It mixed cardio (row and bike), DBs (devil press and C&J), gymnastics (MUs and HSPU) and barbells (hang clean and S2OH) Ryan was an awesome coach - very encouraging with great guidance!
