"I’ve been training with Mike for 4 months now, and it’s been life changing. I was never the fittest person lol and had pretty bad back and neck pain from sitting at a desk all day. Since working with Mike, I feel so much stronger and more confident overall. And the best part is, my back and neck pain are completely gone. It’s made such a huge difference in my day-to-day life. I’d honestly forgotten what it felt like to move and live without that constant discomfort. Mike is super knowledgeable, professional, and just really good at what he does. He always pays attention to how I’m feeling after each workout and adjusts the plan based on my progress and needs, nothing ever feels random. Our sessions are never easy, but I always feel amazing afterwards.
