The owner, Rachel, has created a community with the friendliest and most knowledgeable teachers who are there for you at a time when you need it the most. I have gone through two pregnancies while going to Whole Heart Space and gone to so many classes, it feels like a second home. I love the variety of classes- whether you're feeling a yoga workout, HIIT, or a class you can take your baby and/or toddler to, there is such a range of classes and times available. "I stumbled upon Whole Heart Space when I was freshly postpartum. As an avid exerciser pre-pregnancy, my body and soul longed for movement.
