"What a wonderful weekend I just spent at Thrive Yoga in Aerial Teacher Training led by Fly and Flow Yoga. First of all, the studio is completely gorgeous. It feels like a spa and has many original artwork murals along the halls and in the studios. The teachers, Traci and Jessie (Flow and Fly), were incredibly knowledgeable and led the training in a supportive and nurturing way that made it fun and easy to thrive. I wish I could come back next weekend for the Restorative Aerial Teacher Training, but I guess I’ll have to wait for the next one. I highly recommend this training and the Ariel classes I’m sure will be coming soon. Can’t wait to come back and try the mat classes too!"
