Community Feedback

"Active Mom Fitness is a truly incredible experience for pregnant/postpartum/parenting parents wanting to maintain and improve fitness. Ashley is so knowledgeable about body mechanics/anatomy/what happens to the body during pregnancy and postpartum, but perhaps more importantly, she understands the reality of being a modern mom/parent, and can help craft a fitness regimen that is grounded in reality rather than ideal. I worked out with Ashley after each of my 3 kids was born (and during pregnancy for at least one of them). I fully credit her for me learning about how to engage and strengthen my core after pregnancy and learning to prioritize fitness in motherhood. Highly highly recommend!"

"Ashley is amazing! She takes your health and wellness very seriously and she is always happy to customize a workout to meet you where you are in your fitness and motherhood journey. Ashley's classes are fun and upbeat and I always leave feeling proud of myself for a great workout! Equally important is the fact that Ashley never pushes anyone in class to go past their limit or pressures you to keep going if you need a break. Ashley understands the pregnancy journey and encourages you to go at your own pace. On days where I was tired I just let Ashley know and she worked with me and on days where I wanted a challenge Ashley was ready to go. Ashley truly knows her craft and continues to study and learn so that she can bring innovative wellness and fitness techniques to her class. Thanks to Ashley's expert instruction I was able to remain active my entire pregnancy. Ashley is very knowledgeable about the pregnancy changes your body goes through and she offers ways to accommodate aches or limitations to help you remain active. Staying active helped me so much in labor and delivery and made my recovery easier. I even started doing the core breathing and pelvic exercises Ashley taught in class a couple of days after labor and delivery. I'm very happy I found Active Mom Fitness and I look forward to working with Ashley again for my next pregnancy. I definitely recommend training with Ashley - she is just the best trainer and has workouts for everyone regardless of your fitness level."

"Finding Active Mom Fitness has been one of the best things to happen during my pregnancy. It not only kept me active, but Ashley provides mental and physical support to pregnant women during their journey. I am one week away from a planned C-section, and I'm still prioritizing my workouts at Active Mom Fitness."
