"I can't say enough good things about this studio! I took prenatal yoga with Hope throughout my pregnancy, and it was such a grounding experience during a time when my body was changing so rapidly. Hope is incredibly empathic and creates such a soothing environment - she truly understands what expecting moms are going through. After my baby arrived, I joined Holidae's postnatal core yoga class and loved that I could bring my baby along. It felt amazing to work up a good sweat and start rebuilding my strength, and the playgroup right after class was the perfect opportunity to connect with other new moms who were navigating the same sleepless, beautiful chaos. Beyond the yoga classes, I participated in a Pregnancy Circle, childbirth education class, UVM hospital tour, and VerMamas group (for new moms) - all of which were fantastic. These offerings really helped me plug into the new parent community in Burlington and feel supported at every stage.The entire team of instructors is wonderful, and you can feel the care and expertise they bring. This studio isn't just about yoga - it's about building community and supporting women through one of life's biggest transitions. Highly recommend!"
