"Every workout with Fit4Mom is worth it! I love getting to know other moms, the encouragement from the instructors, and taking time to take care of me. My favorite classes are Body Well/Boost, Body Ignite (strength training), Run Club, and yoga. Thanks to these classes I have gained incredible improvement in my muscle tone and endurance. The workouts are something I actually look forward to because I get an excellent physical challenge and a mental and emotional boost from the group. Plus, this franchise has grown so much that I can find convenient class times to fit my ever changing schedule.
