"This will be my 3rd year as part of Fit4Mom and I have loved it! I like the variety of workouts and locations in the local northern area from parks to malls. It’s a great way to start out my morning fitting a workout in while still getting to socialize and get tips, advice and support from other moms who get it. And then the kiddos get to have a built in play date on the playground after class. It is such a friendly and welcoming community. I get so much more out of it than just the workouts. There are fun play dates for the kids, dadurdays, family outings and moms night outs. I’ve enjoyed participating in it all. The instructors are all moms too who don’t mind if you’re late, have a crying little one or need to take a toddler to the bathroom in the middle of class. They are there to support us by entertaining the little ones with bubbles and books, holding a fussy baby and grading an exercise. I was able to continue to workout throughout my entire pregnancy and return at 6 weeks postpartum. There are also a variety of packages to purchase and I have chosen different ones based on my work schedule at the time. It truly is a wonderful community that has helped me feel physically stronger and so much more supported during my motherhood journey."

"I found Fit4moms when my son was just 11 months old and it has become such a memorable part of motherhood and these little years. I can't say enough wonderful things about this group of women and community! It is amazing having a group of women that show you support through all stages of motherhood while your child is also making friends. After I leave class I always feel so accomplished having my workout done for the day, a playdate for my son, and some time to chat and build relationships with other moms in the same stage of life. They also offer a variety of play dates, fun themed classes, and mom nights out! My son also looks forward to every class and has made so many friends. Erica and the other instructors always make us feel welcome. They help my 2 year old stay entertained but also engaged while I workout with songs, games, bubbles, etc! When I recently gave birth to my daughter, many moms bought us meals and made sure we felt supported in the early newborn stages. It meant so much to my family having a group of positive women who cared enough to give us support as we transitioned to a family of four. There is so much to offer when joining Fit4Mom North Hills and I cannot recommend this group enough! You will be happy you did!"
